Unibots is where a robot becomes more than a collection of promising subsystems: it must behave coherently, repeatedly and under pressure.

The challenge
What did the robot have to do?
This section will define the rules, physical environment and constraints that shaped the design. The best account will distinguish the team’s overall challenge from the technical problem you personally owned.
The approach
Decisions, not just components.
We’ll reconstruct the system through the decisions that mattered: sensing, actuation, mechanical design, control logic, testing and the trade-offs between speed, reliability and complexity.
Useful material: sketches, CAD, wiring diagrams, code screenshots, subsystem photographs and short notes on iterations that failed.
Evidence
Performance under pressure.
Results belong here: match performance, reliability, measured timings, competition placement or the clearest observed improvement between versions. A YouTube demonstration can be embedded without slowing the page.

What the arena taught me.
This closing section will state what you learned about robotics and collaboration, what remained unresolved, and exactly what you would change in another iteration.
