Research question
Which relationship mattered—and why?
Here we’ll narrow “PPIs” to the exact biological question. A strong opening should explain what was unknown, why existing approaches were insufficient and what a useful answer would enable.
Method
From raw data to a defensible network.
The technical narrative will cover the dataset, preprocessing, analytical or machine-learning methods, validation strategy and the choices made to control bias or uncertainty.
Useful material: a pipeline diagram, dataset summary, network visualisations, model comparisons, selected code and the rationale behind your evaluation metrics.

What emerged from the network?
This section will prioritise a small number of interpretable findings. Each plot should answer a stated question, include enough context to read independently and clearly separate evidence from interpretation.
